Patient experience

A portal families finish, and a phone app with the same manners.

Web and mobile share one API. Patients match to a chart that already exists. Guardians get a household, not a borrowed password. The clinic decides what is visible.

Identity without invention

Name and date of birth, plus an optional last-four or invite code. Unmatched registrations wait for staff. MFA, trusted devices, and login history are part of the account.

Proxies and age-out

Family access follows the record. Scheduling proxies see a household calendar and can book for a dependent. Access changes at 18.

Visits that respect the clinic

Open slots, booking cutoffs, conflict checks, waitlist, check-in, and reminders by email, SMS, and push. Confirm or cancel from the reminder itself.

Messages with a clock

Front desk, clinical, and billing queues. Assignment, canned replies, read receipts, and an SLA your staff can see. Quiet hours hold non-urgent pings.

Records, released on purpose

Notes, results, allergies, problems, medications, immunizations, and a printable summary. Result values wait out the clinic’s delay. Provider-only notes stay hidden. CCD-A when the chart has one.

Money, explained early

Shoppable prices, an insurance-aware estimate, statements, and 3- or 6-month installment rows.

Intake and learning

PHQ-9, privacy acknowledgements, interpreter requests, and education matched to problems and medications.
