Count the whole close

Time-to-sign is necessary and not sufficient. Add whether the return visit was scheduled, whether the medication list matches what was said, and whether the patient received a summary they can read.

Advance EMR is built so those steps are the scribe’s path, not a separate project. The number we publish — minutes returned per visit — is that whole close, in practices that have been live long enough to stop performing for the rollout.
