Implementation
A 90-day go-live that survives contact with Monday
Days 1–30: the record and the roles
Connect the clinical system, confirm who may book, who may message, and who may see a balance. Decide result-release delays and which note types a patient will ever see. Train on the real schedule, not a slideshow.
Days 31–60: one live pod
A single pod goes first. Scribe stays in approval mode. Portal invitations go to patients who already have a visit on the books. Revenue, if contracted, runs registration QA on those visits before a claim is allowed to exist.
Days 61–90: the rest of the panel
Expand only after same-day notes and the first remit have both been seen by a human who works the desk. A go-live that celebrates the install and ignores the first 835 is a project, not an operation.
